Week 3 – Case Precedent

Case Precedent

Last week we learned about creating policies to support and protect cult victims. This week we’ll discuss cases that have already occured. Below is a non-exhaustive list of cases that have set precedent over time. Some cases went to court, and decisions were made, while other cases never made it to court due to mass suicide or other tragedies. Please include accurate research on respecting victims when creating content for this week’s theme.
